Oh Holy Night Performer's Information Packet
Our Christmas production will be here before you know it! I believe it will be extremely rewarding for the dancers and the audience. Tickets are only $8.00 a piece or a family of 4 is $25.00 and are available for purchase at Sahuaritadance.com. You can also purchase tickets From Alyssa Wall at the Santa Rita Clubhouse during the following times: Monday 3:00pm – 6:00pm, Tuesday 3:00pm -6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm. Also Thursday at Triple Play 4:00 – 6:30,
Picture Day:
Christmas production pictures will be held Saturday November 22nd at The Santa Rita Club house from 9:00-1:00
If you want to schedule a family photo session that day with Kyle you can call and get in after 1:00 pm Nov 22nd at the Santa Rita Villas club house.
Performers please come 15 minutes early to change into costume.

Volunteers:
We need two Moms per performing team to help back stage. You may watch your dancer from the side of the stage, but there will be a lot of costume changes that they will need help with. Those helping back stage will receive a free DVD. Moms with daughters who have fast costume changes are welcome to come back stage through the back outside door during intermission to help their dancer change.

Dress rehearsal in full costume and makeup at the Sahuarita District Auditorium, We will block the entire show and then run it all the way through

Rules for Dress Rehearsal Saturday December 15th
Please come just as you would for the performance with your hair pulled back, no wispy frizzy hair or half-done pony tails. Have make-up on, use browns for your eye shadow with pink blush and mascara, liner and solid red lipstick. Wear your costume with the right shoes and tights.
Dancers Watching Dress rehearsal
Dancers in Act II can sit in the audience and watch Act I. When the dancers in Act I are completely done they can sit in the audience and view Act II. Please be seated in the back of the auditorium to stay out of the way of the video cameras.
Parents are needed back stage for help. This will be a smaller crowd than the recital but we still need help back stage to keep kids safe. We would like at least 2 Moms per dance, for any class with dancers under the age of 12.
Videotaping and Pictures during Dress Rehearsal
Dress Rehearsal will be your opportunity to sit and videotape your dancer. It can be a distraction to have 100 plus video cameras in the audience the night of the performance so we invite you to video during dress rehearsal. If you would like to get a DVD of performance night taken with a professional video camera they will be on sale for $20.00. Signups will be available during picture days and back stage.
All Dancers watching the Christmas Show
When Act I is over you may retrieve your child during intermission. If you want her or him to watch the rest of the show please bring a change of clothes to change into. Do not wear your costume out in the audience!
Show will end at approximately at 8:00
Please Help Clean Up Afterwards! Make sure not to leave anything behind!
Make up: Red lips stick, brown eye shadow, pink blush, mascara, eyeliner ….fake eyelashes if you can.
